Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Express Notary Shop. To provide every client with a private, professional, and efficient experience, please review our booking policies below. Appointment Reservation A $20 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is applied toward your total service cost. Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge with at least 2 hours’ notice. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 2 hours’ notice will forfeit the reservation fee and require a new reservation fee to book another appointment. Required Identification A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all notarial services. The name on your identification must reasonably match the name on the document(s) being notarized. Document Preparation Please do not sign any documents before your appointment unless specifically instructed to do so by the receiving agency. Documents should be completed before your appointment, with signature lines left blank for notarization. Payment Missouri notary fees are $5 per notarial act, as permitted by Missouri law. Additional service fees, including printing, fingerprinting, loan signings, travel, or after-hours services, will be disclosed before service and any remaining balance is due at the appointment. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule based on appointment availability. Appointment Location All appointments are conducted in our private St. Louis office suite by appointment only. The office address and entry instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your appointment.
